Approach to translation projects

For HHCE, it is of the utmost importance that the customer is closely involved in the translation process. After all, your translation needs to be a tailored product that fully meets your expectations.

Small jobs

We translate letters, short leaflet texts and brochures quickly and efficiently. We can often deliver shorter texts under 1,000 words as soon as the next day.

Large projects

Larger projects require a structural approach. We start by assessing the time needed to complete your project and then determine a deadline that meets your needs. HHCE’s translators average 2,000 words per day, so we usually assign more than one translator to large projects.

Terminology

Before starting the project, we identify the specific terminology to be used, in consultation with you. Where this is not possible, we will check terms with you during the course of the project. We will naturally keep you informed of the project’s progress and consult you on style and interpretation matters.

Project management

HHCE uses a single project manager for all of your translation projects so that you always have the same point of contact. The project manager discusses the terminology and project turnaround time with you. And you can of course always contact the project manager should you have any queries or comments. We do everything we can to produce a translation that fully meets your needs.

File types

HHCE is able to translate many different types of document. Our translation software enables us to easily translate inx, indd, html, xml, ppt, xls, doc and txt files. Other document types can usually also be translated on request and we can even deal with pdf files in consultation with you.
